Meet the dedicated leaders guiding the InfraGard Central PA Members Alliance. Our board combines diverse expertise from the fields of cybersecurity, business, and military operations to strategically enhance regional and national infrastructure protection

President

Mike Kenzie

Mike Kenzie, President of the Central PA InfraGard Members Alliance, brings over 15 years of leadership in the financial industry, enhanced by a distinguished military career in the U.S. Army's 75th Ranger Regiment. At InfraGard, he leverages this unique combination of financial acumen and strategic military skills to bolster collaborative security efforts across private sectors, law enforcement, and government agencies.

Vice President

Kenneth Chrosniak

Brigadier General Chrosniak served 37 years in the military, including pivotal roles in strategy and command, before retiring from the U.S. Army War College. Post-9/11, he was recalled for significant duties such as drafting the National Military Strategic plan for the War on Terror and serving in Iraq. Beyond his military career, he holds leadership positions in several organizations, including Vice President of the Central Pennsylvania FBI InfraGard.

Secretary

Angela "Angel" Kern

Angel Kern, CISSP, CISA, M.Ed. MBA, is a cybersecurity veteran with 35+ years in technology and security. Formerly a VP of IT at community banks and an educator for 18 years, she's dedicated to shaping future cybersecurity professionals. Kern's numerous certifications, course offerings, and community involvement highlight her commitment to addressing cybersecurity gaps and advocating for internet safety.
