Michael holds the position of President of the Central Pennsylvania InfraGard National Members Alliance. He brings over three decades of leadership and professional expertise in IT and Cybersecurity management within the Healthcare and Academic sectors. His skills in IT and Cybersecurity include performing annual compliance assessments, designing enterprise data networks, overseeing IT Security systems, and collaborating with partners, colleagues, and vendors to identify, assess, and mitigate IT Security risks. As an Information Security Analyst at UPMC (www.upmc.com), he is instrumental in developing security programs that comply with HIPAA and PCI standards. Furthermore, he is committed to mentoring the upcoming generation of IT Security professionals and is actively involved in various outreach initiatives, such as UPMC's Women in Technology (WIT) program. In his role as President of InfraGard's Central PA Chapter, he leads a prominent community of IT and Security Management professionals that encourages collaboration among private enterprises, law enforcement, and governmental bodies.

Ricky Wert is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience in IT risk management, auditing, and information assurance. Since 2018, he's served as a Cyber Information Assurance Analyst at Penn State University, where he supports cybersecurity strategy, compliance, and risk mitigation efforts.

Previously, Wert held leadership roles at Kish Bank, including AVP, Information Security Manager, where he oversaw the bank’s security programs and ensured regulatory compliance. With a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and security governance, Wert brings a proactive and detail-driven approach to protecting critical systems and data.

Keith Hartung is Chief Security Officer at the Pennsylvania State Department of Treasury. He has led security programs across multiple state agencies, ensuring compliance, incident response, and policy development. He is dedicated to cybersecurity education and mentorship, frequently speaking at conferences and creating specialized training. His professional certifications cover a range of security domains, including artificial intelligence security and zero trust architecture. As a Chartered Advisor of the VigiTrust Global Advisory Board, he collaborates with global security experts from over 30 countries.

Gordon Vanauken is a forward-thinking and committed professional with expertise in project management, marketing, computer hardware, and public safety. One of his most distinguished roles was serving as a Public Safety Consultant for L.R. Kimball, where he delivered technical solutions and managed projects for clients seeking 9-1-1 system integration. Prior to that, he held the position of Project Manager for the South Dakota Association of County Commissioners. In this role, Vanauken was responsible for educating local policymakers and developing strategic plans for the statewide implementation of wireless 9-1-1 operations. He currently serves as a Senior Technology Specialist at Mission Critical Partners.

Lynette T. Stevenson is a distinguished business leader and national security advocate with a robust background spanning healthcare, finance, and infrastructure protection.

In 2019, she founded DALS Credit Solutions, a Pennsylvania-based financial services firm recognized by Ardent and Partners for its innovation in credit and capital solutions. As a current student at the Defense Acquisition University and the Federal Acquisition Institute, Ms. Stevenson continues to expand her expertise in federal procurement and strategic defense initiatives.

Her international business leadership includes contributions to countering China’s Belt and Road Initiative and providing economic assessments on Argentina and Brazil in partnership with the United States War College and the Defense Security Corporation Organization.  Her efforts have focused on enhancing cross-border commercial stability and securing global supply chains against adversarial threats.

As a Board Member of the Central Pennsylvania Alliance, Ms. Stevenson plays an integral role in InfraGard’s regional mission—cultivating public-private partnerships to safeguard the nation’s 16 critical infrastructure sectors. A commitment to strategic planning, operational resilience, and alignment with national policy characterizes her leadership.
